We all know that in order to get our legs or butt in shape and looking good it will take some exercises. Deep in our hearts we probably also know that just walking or cycling isn't really enough to produce the improvements that we desire for our lower body.
What we're looking for is the best leg exercises around. We want something simple yet effective, a workout routine we can follow consistently and actually start seeing results fairly quickly.
While leg exercises for men may be good for the guys, we women need something designed specifically with the female body in mind ... leg exercises for women that target the stubborn trouble spots and problem areas that guys don't have!
Cardio exercises will never improve the lower body. It is going to take some leg strength exercises and we are going to need to exercise in such a way that we challenge our bodies beyond what it is already capable of doing. Something that only a National Champion Bodybuilder would know how to teach.
